Cancellation/No Show Policy

For Individual Virtual or In-Person Learning Sessions:

  • Cancellation by Client: Sessions canceled 24 hours or more before the scheduled session can be rescheduled based on the availability of the teacher.

  • No Show: Clients are allowed a 15-minute grace period. If the client does not attend within this time, they are considered a no-show. The session cannot be rescheduled, and no refund will be provided.

  • Cancellation by Teacher: If the teacher needs to reschedule a session, the teacher will provide at least two make-up dates for the client to choose from.

  • Refunds: No refunds are provided.

For Group Sessions:

  • Absence Notification by Client: Clients must provide 48 hours' notice if they will be absent from a group session. The teacher will determine a single make-up date for the group, regardless of how many sessions are missed.

  • Refunds: No refunds are provided.
